Bill Peterson is an attorney with 37 years of legal experience. He was admitted to practice law in Wisconsin in 1983. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Western U.S. District of Wisconsin, the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Supreme Court.


Bill Peterson has served nine years for the Minnesota Attorney General and two terms in the Minnesota Legislature. He has represented hundreds of clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin. His field of concentration is estate planning and probate matters including wills, trusts, and elder law.
